The privacy policy describes the rules for the processing of the information related to you, including your personal data and cookies.

The operator is your personal data Controller in reference to the data provided on a voluntary basis in the Website. The Website uses the personal data for the following purposes:
– Running a newsletter
– Handling inquiries through a form
– Completion of ordered services
– Presentation of the offer or information
– The implementation of the function of acquisition of information about users and their behaviour.

2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator.
The places of logging and entering of personal data are protected at the transmission layer (the SSL certificate).. Owing to this, the personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted in the user PC and may be only read on the target server. The operator changes its administration password periodically. In order to protect the data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies. An important element of data protection is the regular update of any software used by the Operator to process the personal data, which, in particular, means the regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information about the way your data are used.
In certain situations, the Controller has the right to provide your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or perform the obligations to which the Controller is subject. This refers to the following groups of recipients: companies that render marketing services to the Controller.
Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than it is necessary for the performance of activities related to them and specified by separate legal regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). In reference to the marketing data, they will not be processed for more than 3 years.
You are entitled to demand that the Controller:
– provides you with access to your personal data,
– rectifies your personal data,
– deletes your personal data,
– restricts the processing of your personal data,
– transfers your personal data.
You have the right to object to the data processing as indicated in section 3.3 c) in relation to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, whereby it will not be possible to exercise the right of objection, if there are any valid and legitimate grounds for the aforementioned processing, or any interests, rights and freedoms, which override you, in particular, the establishment, pursuance or defence of any claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Provision of the personal data is voluntary, however, it is required for operating the Website.
You may be subject to activities, which consist of the automated decision-making, including profiling for the purpose of provision of services under the concluded Agreement, and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Controller.
The personal data are not transferred to any third countries within the meaning personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the area of the European Union.
5. Information in forms.
The Website collects information provided on a voluntary basis by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
The Website may save the information about the connection parameters (time indication, IP address). The Website, in some cases, may save the information which facilitates the linking of the data included the form with the e-mail address of the user who fills in the form.
In such a case, the e-mail address of the user appears inside the URL of the website which contains the form.
The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process a given service request or commercial contact, or to register services etc. Each time, the context and the description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
6. Administrator’s logs.
Information about the behaviour of users on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the website.
7. Important marketing techniques
The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. In reference to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The operator uses marketing techniques which allow for the matching of advertising messages to the behaviour of the user on the website, which may cause a false impression that the personal data of the user are used to track them, however, in practice, no personal data are transferred from the Operator to any other advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie file service.
The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) knows that a given person who is registered in it uses the Website. In this case, this is based on the data in relation to which Facebook itself is the controller; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. The Operator uses the solution which examines the behaviour of users by creating the heat maps and the recording of the behaviour on the website. This information is anonymised, before it is sent to the service operator so that it does not know which individual they refer to. In particular, the entered passwords and other personal data are not subject to recording.
The Operator uses the solution which automates the operation of the Website in reference to the users, e.g. Such a solution may send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific page, if the user gave their consent to the receipt of commercial correspondence from the Operator.
